Why We Started Maître Gestion
Maître Gestion was born from a clear observation. Valuable properties often have access to suppliers, cleaners, and occasional support, but not to a true management structure.
We founded the company in early 2025 to bring the rigour of professional building management to luxury residences while also supporting the operational, administrative, and financial realities faced by syndicates. Our work is built on structure, discretion, planning, and continuity of care.
- Greater structure
- Better oversight
- Clearer accountability
- Stronger continuity
- A higher standard of care
A higher standard of care
Maître Gestion was founded by two friends who saw the same gap from different professional perspectives. One brought analytical rigor, systems thinking, and process discipline. The other brought years of direct experience in residential and commercial property management.
Together, they recognized that luxury homes and well governed syndicates deserve more than reactive care. They deserve planning, documentation, coordination, inspections, budgeting, and disciplined follow through. That conviction still defines the company today.
The Principles Behind Our Work
Our approach is shaped by a few clear principles. They guide how we manage properties, how we communicate, and how we protect continuity over time.
Structure First
A property should operate within a clear framework, not through informal habits or scattered decisions.
Discretion Always
Valuable properties require calm, professional oversight delivered with privacy, restraint, and consistency.
Continuity Matters
Standards should not depend on memory, changing personnel, or fragmented records.
Oversight Has Value
The value of management lies not only in execution, but in coordination, supervision, and accountability.
Planning Protects Assets
Budgeting, inspections, upkeep planning, and timely decisions help preserve the property over time.
Every Mandate Is Tailored
Each property deserves a custom solution aligned with its scale, complexity, and ownership needs.
a Management Company, Not a Convenience Service
From the beginning, our goal was to build a dedicated management company with clear standards and real operating discipline. Our role is not limited to solving isolated problems. It is to create the structure that keeps a property organized, monitored, and properly supported over time.
That means planning, inspections, budgeting, supplier coordination, communication, and disciplined follow-through. It also means providing a single point of responsibility, so owners and boards can step back without losing control.
- One point of responsibility
- Structured communication
- Professional coordination
- Planned upkeep
- Financial visibility
- Tailored support

A Shared Vision, Built from Two Disciplines
Maître Gestion reflects the combination of two complementary strengths. One is rooted in systems, process, and analytical rigor. The other is rooted in operations, supplier coordination, and direct property management experience.
Together, those disciplines shape a company built to serve luxury residences and condominium syndicates with seriousness, discretion, and care. It is a model that values both structure and execution, both planning and practical follow through.
Who We Are Built For
We serve owners and boards who value professionalism, predictability, and a clear management structure behind the property. They are not looking for scattered help or reactive coordination. They want confidence that the property is being handled properly, even when they are not there.
Some are private homeowners seeking a higher standard of oversight for a valuable residence. Others are syndicates seeking stronger administrative, operational, and financial continuity. In both cases, they are looking for the same thing: disciplined management equal to the value of the property.
- Privacy and discretion
- Clear accountability
- Organized communication
- Reduced day to day burden
- Confidence in how the property is managed
