Maître Gestion Résidentielle Inc. was born from a shared vision between two friends who recognized a gap in the market for consistent, meticulous upkeep and oversight of vacation homes in the Mont-Tremblant area. One, a Mechanical Engineer, and the other, a tried veteran in property management, noticed the stringent demands placed on co-ownership buildings by Bill 16 in the Civil Code of Quebec.
It became clear that luxury homes deserved the same level of dedicated care and structured approach. The cost to rebuild a 10-unit apartment building is comparable to that of a high-end home, so why not apply the same standards to both?
Founded in early 2025, Maître Gestion aims to adapt building management practices to luxury homes.
